- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Margarine
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
Instructions

Cook flour and milk until thick. Cool. Mix margarine, sugar and vanilla and beat 3 minutes. Combine mixtures and beat 7 minutes.
