  • 1 each C. raisins
  • 0.5 each C. water
  • 0.3 each C. margarine
  • 1 each tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 0.3 each tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 each C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 each egg, lightly beaten
  • 0.8 each C. unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 each T. sugar substitute
  • 1 each tsp. baking soda
  • 0.3 each tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

    In a saucepan, over medium heat, cook the first 5 ingredients until margarine is melted; continue cooking for 3 minutes.

    Add all remaining ingredients.

    Spread into an 8-inch square baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

    Bake at 350ºF for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
