- 1 package frozen corn kernels, 10 oz
- 1 can red kidney beans drained and rinsed, 15 oz
- 1 can diced tomatoes, 14.5 oz
- 0.3 cup salsa
- 0.3 cup chopped onions
- 1 0.5 cup cooked rice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 0.3 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 2 cup shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese, divided
- 6 green peppers. tops removed & seeded
- Stuff peppers. Arrange peppers in Crock Pot. Cover, cook on low 6 - 8
