  • 1 can red kidney beans drained and rinsed, 15 oz
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, 14.5 oz
  • 0.3 cup salsa
  • 0.3 cup chopped onions
  • 1 0.5 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.3 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 2 cup shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 6 green peppers. tops removed & seeded
  • Stuff peppers. Arrange peppers in Crock Pot. Cover, cook on low 6 - 8
