  • 2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 cup cornstarch or arrowroot
  • 1 cup apple juice concentrate 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup regular apple juice
  • 2 cup water

    POUR into saucepan and bring to a boil. SIMMER 20 minutes. REMOVE from heat and
