STRAWBERRY BREAD

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 c sugar
  • 10 oz frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 c chopped nuts

Instructions

    Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar.

    Make a well in center of dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    Add eggs and oil stirring only until dry ingredients are moistened.

  4. 4

    Stir in strawberries and pecans.

  5. 5

    Spoon batter into lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.

    Bake 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
