Stouffer's Corn Souffle

- 2 count eggs
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.3 tsp black pepper
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
- 15 oz canned cream-style corn
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 0.5 cup milk

Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.

With an electric mixer, beat eggs until foamy.

Beat in cornstarch, sugar, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add cream-style corn, sour cream, and milk. Mix until just combined.

Pour into prepared dish. Bake on the center rack 35 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
