- 0.5 lb shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 0.3 cup green pepper, chopped
- 0.3 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cup cooked wild rice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 0.5 tsp dry mustard
- 0.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

Preheat oven to 375F. Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add wild rice, mushroom soup, mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce, shrimp and cheese. Pour into casserole and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
