  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 3 medium carrots, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 small rutabaga, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 2 medium parsnips, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • Pepper
  • Salt
