Stir Fry Bok Choy

  • 2 head bok choy, trimmed and cut crosswise
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 0.5 tsp salt

    In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and water and set aside. Preheat the griddle to high heat. Add oil to the hot griddle top. Add bok choy and salt and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add butter and soy sauce mixture and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Servings and enjoy.
