Stewed Rabbit

  • 2 whole rabbits, cut in pieces
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can tomatoes (28 oz)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 0.3 tsp rosemary, ground
  • 1 cup dry white wine

Instructions

    Salt and pepper rabbit pieces and place in slow cooker liner.

    Add tomato sauce, canned tomatoes, onion, rosemary, and white wine.

    Place liner in base. Cover and cook on LOW 7–8 hours until rabbit is very tender.

    Serve with crusty bread or over pasta.
