  • 3 each sm. onions, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 each c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 each tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 each -1/2 c. water
  • 1/3 each c. tomato juice
  • 1 each env. Au Jus gravy mix
  • 0 each -1-1/2 lb. boneless top round steak, cut up

Instructions

    Cook onions, garlic and mushrooms in butter.

    Add cut up steak.

  3. 3

    Brown until done.

  4. 4

    Add water and tomato juice; stir in gravy mix.

  5. 5

    Simmer 4 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve over rice or noodles.
