- 2 cup Sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 0.8 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter

Sift together flour and sugar in large bowl. Make a well in center and into this drop egg yolks, butter and extract. Mix into a smooth dough with fingertips. Force dough through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheets into shapes. Decorate with your favorite candy sprinkles Bake in moderate oven (375) for 8 to 10 minutes.
