Spinach and Egg Casserole

Quick spinach and ham casserole with cheddar cheese soup, mustard and hard-boiled eggs. A complete meal in under 30 minutes.

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
  • 15 oz cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 0.5 lb deli ham, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
  • 4 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped or sliced

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Cook spinach in large saucepan according to package directions; drain well.

    Stir in cheddar cheese soup, mustard and ham.

    Pour into a 9-inch square baking pan. Top with eggs.

    Bake 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
