Speedy Rice Casserole

  • 0 diced green chiles to taste
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0 shredded Monterey Jack cheese to taste

Instructions

    Arrange layers of cooked rice, green chiles, sour cream and Monterey Jack cheese in a baking dish.

    Bake at 350°F until bubbly and cheese is melted, about 20-25 minutes.
