- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 package brown gravy mix
- 1 to taste chili powder (optional)
- 1 to taste sour cream (optional)
- 1 bag corn chips or Doritos, crushed

Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain fat.

Add tomatoes and gravy mix, stirring well over medium heat.
