- 3 lb skinless chicken parts
- 1 to taste salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic salt
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 0.8 cup beer or dry white wine
- 0.8 cup salad olives with liquid

Season washed chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic salt.
