Spanish Crockpot Chicken

  • 3 lb skinless chicken parts
  • 1 to taste salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic salt
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 0.8 cup beer or dry white wine
  • 0.8 cup salad olives with liquid

Instructions

    Season washed chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic salt.

    Place in crockpot.

    Mix tomato paste and beer together; pour over chicken. Add olives.

    Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.
