- 5 lb of skinless chicken thighs (if I can find it, I also get the boneless, but not
- necessary)
- In the crock pot mix together:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- Wash your chicken and add to the sauce and mix well. You can marinate it for a
- couple of hours or over night in the refrig or just cook it.
- veggies and white rice. You can use the sauce also over the rice if you so desire.

Cook on low half a day or all day. Its great as left overs also. I serve it with fresh
