  • 12 each hardboiled eggs
  • 0.5 each tsp. salt
  • 1 each tsp. dry mustard
  • 0.2 each tsp. pepper
  • 5 slice bacon, crisply fried and finely crumbled
  • 0.5 each C. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 0.5 each to 1 tsp. white vinegar

Instructions

    Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise.

    Take out yolks and mash with fork.

  3. 3

    Mix in salt, mustard, pepper, bacon, mayonnaise and vinegar.

    Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

  6. 6

    Keep covered in refrigerator. 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet pickles may be substituted for bacon for a different flavor.
