Southern Cheese Grits Casserole

  • 1 0.5 cup quick grits
  • 6 cup boiling water
  • 0.5 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp hot red pepper sauce
  • 1 lb shredded cheese
  • 1 dash paprika

    Preheat oven to 250°F.

    Cook grits in large saucepan in boiling water until thick.

    Mix in butter, eggs, salt, seasoned salt, pepper sauce, and cheese.
