- 1 cup Active starter 1 Large egg
- 2 tb Cooking oil 1/4 c Instant or evaporate milk
- 1 ts Salt 1 ts Baking soda
- 2 tb Sugar

Mix ingredients together and let the mixture bubble and foam a minute or two, then drop on hot griddle in large spoonfuls. -----
