Sour Cream Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 box Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup sweet butter, divided
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp dried tarragon or marjoram

Instructions

    Pour sour cream over chicken strips and marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

    Mix crushed crackers with Parmesan cheese and tarragon/marjoram.

    Melt half the butter and pour over the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

    Dredge marinated chicken in cracker mixture and arrange in the baking dish.

    Melt remaining butter and pour over the top of chicken.

    Bake at 350°F for 35–45 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
