Sour Cream Biscuits

  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 0.8 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 1/2 teaspoons water

Instructions

    Mix together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.

    Add sour cream and mix to a soft dough.

    Add additional water if necessary.

    With well floured hands shape dough into round biscuit shapes.

    Bake in a preheated 450 degree F oven for 12 minutes.
