Snickers Cheesecake

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 0.3 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar (for crust)
  • 24 oz cream cheese (3 packages), softened
  • 3 count eggs
  • 0.8 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 count Snickers candy bars (2.16 oz each), chopped

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and 1 tbsp sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool.

    In a large bowl, cream 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese together until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

    Stir in chopped Snickers bars. Pour filling over baked crust.

    Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until edges are set but center still has a slight jiggle.

    Cool completely, then carefully remove the springform pan side. Refrigerate until fully set before slicing.
