Smothered Chicken (Crockpot)
Ultra-easy smothered chicken simmered all day in cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, and French onion soups with fresh mushrooms.

- 1 whole chicken, cut up (or 4 boneless breasts)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 package fresh mushrooms, sliced

Add all ingredients to crockpot.

Cover and simmer on LOW for at least 5–6 hours (can cook all day).

Serve over rice, egg noodles, mashed potatoes, biscuits, or popovers.

Can be doubled, frozen, and reheated. Add any extra vegetables you like.
