- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup crushed barbecue pork rinds - crushed
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp minced dried onion
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp liquid smoke

Preheat oven 350F. Mix all ingredients along with salt and pepper to taste. Form into a loaf and place in a baking dish. Bake 1 hour. Serves 3 @ 2 carb Bobotie (S. African Lamb Curry)
