    Brinkman or similar smoker garlic powder

    Charcoal pan heaping full onion powder

    Water pan full wild rice and sausage dressing mix

    1 10-15 lb turkey-unstuffed 1 jar apricot preserves

    2 medium onions 1/2 cups water

    3-3 stalks celery with leaves

    1 tbs salt Rinse hens, remove giblets, and pat dry. Sprinkle

    rosemary leaves cavity with salt, paprika, onion and garlic powder.

    marjoram Lightly stuff each hen with dressing. Tie legs

    tarragon together with string. Turn large pot lid upside down

    sage in Dutch oven and place hens on pot lid. Bake hens

    Rinse turkey inside and out with cold water. Rub preserves and water and bring to boil. During last
