Smoked Soy Sauce Pork

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 can Spam, finely diced CHOPS
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt Brinkman or similar smoker

    margarine Charcoal pan 2/3 full

    16 eggs, fried Water pan 2/3 full

    8 3/4in thick pork chops

    Wash, but don't peel sweet potatoes. Shred 1 cup soy sauce

    potatoes on fine blade of shredder. Place in large 1 tbs garlic flakes

    pot and add cubed Spam, salt, pepper, and mix well. dash of pepper

    Heat 4 tbs margarine in large skillet. Divide potato Black Jack BBQ sauce (see entry)

    and Spam mixture into 8 equal portions. Cook 4 at a

    time. Cook about 4minutes, pressing down gently to Combine ingredients and marinate in double gallon
