- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 10 slice bacon

Preheat Traeger or wood-pellet grill to 350°F.

Wash jalapeños, cut tops off, and slice in half lengthwise. Scrape out seeds and membranes.

Spoon softened cream cheese into each pepper half. Wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Place on non-stick wire racks and grill 20-25 minutes until bacon is cooked. Serve immediately.
