Smoked Country-Style Ribs

- 6 lbs country-style ribs
- 1 cup Black Jack BBQ sauce (see entry)
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 1 lb cans refried beans Combine BBQ sauce, pineapple juice, and apple
- 1/3 cup corn meal cider. Cut ribs apart and marinate in mixture several
- 1 lb ground beef, cooked hours. Use double gallon zip-lock bags. Arrange on
- 1 6oz can tomato paste grill in smoker and cook 3-4 hours or until tender.

- 2 tsp red pepper

Mix meat, potatoes, onions, garlic and seasonings;
