Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Pork

- 3 lb boneless pork, cut into 2-inch strips
- 3 tsp paprika
- 2 whole small onions, thinly sliced
- 2 whole green bell peppers, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 27 oz canned pineapple chunks, drained, reserve syrup
- 0.5 cup vinegar
- 1 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 0.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Sprinkle pork pieces with paprika.

Brown pork in a skillet and drain fat. Transfer to slow cooker.

Add sliced onions and bell pepper strips.

Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and 1⅓ cups pineapple liquid. Pour over pork.

Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours.

During the last 30 minutes, add pineapple chunks.
