Slow Cooker Paprika Chicken

- 4 lb chicken, cut up
- 1 cup canned tomatoes
- 1 whole green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 whole small onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.3 tsp black pepper
- 0.3 tsp dried oregano
- 0.3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sour cream

Put water, chicken, tomatoes, green pepper, onion, paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano in crockpot. Stir to blend.

Cover and cook on LOW for 9 to 10 hours until chicken is tender.

Remove chicken pieces. Skim off fat. Turn control to HIGH.

Blend flour with ¼ cup cooled cooking juices. Stir into liquid in cooker until thickened.

Blend in sour cream. Return chicken to pot and heat through — do not boil.

Serve over buttered egg noodles.
