Slow Cooker Lemon-Garlic Chicken

  • 3 lb chicken, skinned and cut into pieces
  • 0.5 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup garlic cloves, crushed (about 1 head)
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 2 dash Tabasco sauce
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 2 cup cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

    Skin and cut up chicken into serving pieces.

    Combine chicken with lemon juice, garlic, seasoned salt, poultry seasoning, Tabasco and white wine in the slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.

    When done, remove chicken and debone if desired. The meat will be very tender.

    Serve chicken over cooked rice with the garlic-lemon sauce from the pot.
