Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

  • 6 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 10 0.8 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Instructions

    Place chicken breasts in crockpot.

    Mix together sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and onion soup mix.

    Pour mixture over chicken.

    Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until chicken is tender.

    Shred or leave chicken breasts whole.

    Serve over cooked egg noodles or steamed rice.
