Slow Cooker Beef Tips with Mushrooms

- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 lb beef or sirloin tips
- 0.5 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 10 0.5 oz condensed beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 0.3 cup dry red wine
- 3 tbsp flour for thickening
Instructions

Combine ½ cup flour with salt and pepper; toss with beef cubes to coat thoroughly. Place in crockpot.

Add green onions and mushrooms.

Combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste; pour over beef and vegetables. Stir well.

Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 12 hours.

One hour before serving, turn to HIGH. Mix red wine and 3 tablespoons flour into a smooth paste. Stir into crockpot.

Cook uncovered until sauce thickens. Serve over buttered egg noodles.
