Slow Cooker Beef Stew

  • 2 lb beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 0.3 cup flour
  • 1 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

    Place meat in crock pot. Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat; stir to coat.

    Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.

    Cover and cook on low (200°F) for 10-12 hours, or on high (300°F) for 4-6 hours.

    Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
