- 0.5 lb calf liver, cut in serving sizes
- 0.5 cup chopped onion
- 0.5 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 can tomatoes

BROWN liver 'til done. REMOVE from pan, keep warm. IN pan, cook onion, green pepper, tomatoes 15 minutes. Serve over liver. CAN ADD 1/2 cup sliced franks or Vienna sausage and 1 can corn, drained.
