- 4 boneless chicken breast halves, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 10 flour tortillas

In a zipperlock bag, combine the chicken, cumin, garlic, onion, lime juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes. Preheat griddle to medium heat. On one side of the griddle add the olive oil and heat until shimmering. Add the onion and pepper and cook until slightly softened. On the other side of the griddle add the marinated chicken and cook until lightly browned.
