  • 15 oz Raisin Bran
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 5 cups Flour
  • 5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 qt Buttermilk

Instructions

    Mix bran, flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon and salt in large bowl.

    Add eggs, oil, and buttermilk. Mix well.

    Cover and refrigerate.

  4. 4

    Fill muffin cups 1/2 full to bake.

  5. 5

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

  6. 6

    Refrigerate remaining batter.
