Six-Layer Mediterranean Dip

  • 8 oz prepared hummus
  • 1 0.3 cup sour cream, divided
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.3 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.3 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 ripe avocado, seeded and chopped
  • 0.5 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
  • 6 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp minced kalamata olives

Instructions

    Combine ¼ cup sour cream with the hummus. Spread evenly over the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.

    Mix remaining sour cream with cumin and spread over the hummus layer.

    Toss together garlic powder, salt, lemon juice, chopped tomatoes, and avocado. Spread over the sour cream layer.

    Add a layer of chopped cucumber and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

    Sprinkle feta cheese over the cucumber layer.

    Top with minced kalamata olives. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with pita chips.
