Sirloin Kabobs

- 0.3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp light brown sugar
- 3 tbsp distilled white vinegar
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp seasoning salt
- 2 lb beef sirloin steak, cut into 1½-inch cubes
- 2 whole green bell peppers, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 0.5 lb fresh mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 whole fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed

In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic powder, and seasoning salt.

Place beef sirloin cubes in a large zip-lock bag. Cover with the soy sauce mixture and seal.

Marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.

Thread beef cubes onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and pineapple.

Grill 10 to 15 minutes, or until meat is cooked to desired doneness, turning occasionally.
