Shrimp and Wild Rice Bake

  • 2 0.5 lb shrimp, boiled, peeled and deveined
  • 31 0.5 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup (3 cans)
  • 0.8 cup water
  • 6 oz long grain and wild rice mix
  • 1 whole large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 oz diced pimentos
  • 2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 lb shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Cook rice according to package directions.

    Dilute cream of mushroom soup with water.

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

    Pour into a greased 3-quart casserole or 9x13-inch dish.

    Bake uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve at once.
