Shrimp Oreganato

  • 2 lb medium shrimp, cleaned and shelled
  • 2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 0.3 cup olive oil
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 lemons lemons, cut into wedges

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Combine bread crumbs, olive oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, and paprika in a medium bowl; mix well.

    Butterfly shrimp and place face up in a baking pan.

    Place a portion of the bread crumb mixture on top of each shrimp.

    Pour chicken broth around shrimp, being careful not to cover them and wash away the bread crumb topping.

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until done.

    Transfer shrimp to serving plates and pour a little of the pan juices over top.

    Serve with lemon wedges.
