Shrimp Mull
A vintage Southern shrimp mull: canned shrimp with crispy bacon, onion, celery, bell pepper, chili powder, and ketchup, thickened and served over rice.

- 2 slice bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 9 oz canned small shrimp (2 cans), undrained
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 0.3 cup ketchup
- 2 cup cooked rice, for serving

Fry bacon until crisp; remove and drain.

Sauté onion in bacon drippings until slightly browned. Add bell pepper and celery; cook until soft.

Add undrained shrimp, chili powder, Worcestershire, and crumbled bacon. Stir in ketchup.

Cook until thickened. Serve hot over cooked rice.
