Shrimp Bake
Classic creamy shrimp bake in a Dijon-mustard sauce with bread cubes baked inside for body and Italian bread crumbs on top for crunch. Elegant but easy.

- 3 tbsp butter or margarine
- 3 tbsp flour
- 0.8 tsp dry mustard
- 0 freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 0.5 cup milk
- 1 lb shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined and cut bite-size
- 3 slice bread, cut into cubes
- 0.5 cup Italian flavored bread crumbs
Instructions

Melt butter in large skillet. Whisk in flour until absorbed. Sprinkle in mustard and pepper.

Slowly add half-and-half and milk; cook until thickened.

Add shrimp and bread cubes; pour into lightly buttered baking dish.

Top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
