  • 2 cup flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp oleo
  • 1 egg -- beaten
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla

    Sift flour with baking powder, salt and suga r .Mix in oleo using a fork or pastry blende r .Add egg and vanilla to milk . Add to dry ingredients to make a soft dough .Divide dough in half . Roll out half of the dough in a circle and place in greased pie pan, spread with oleo . Roll out other half and place on top. Bake at 425º for 30 minutes or until browned .
