Seven Can Chicken Casserole
Easy pantry casserole combining cooked chicken with six canned ingredients — Chinese vegetables, mushrooms, water chestnuts, two soups and evaporated milk. Served over Chinese noodles or rice.

- 2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
- 4 oz canned mushrooms, drained
- 16 oz canned Chinese vegetables, drained
- 8 oz canned water chestnuts, sliced and drained
- 10 0.8 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 10 0.8 oz cream of celery soup
- 13 oz evaporated milk
- 16 oz canned Chinese noodles or cooked rice for serving
Instructions

Mix together all ingredients except noodles or rice.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
