Seafood Stirfry

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup snow peas (mange tout)
- 1 cup baby sweetcorn
- 1 cup white cabbage, thinly sliced
- 0.5 lb mixed seafood: mussels, cockles, squid
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 bottle oyster sauce
- 0.5 cup crab sticks, chopped

Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan until fairly hot but not smoking.

Add onion, snow peas, baby sweetcorn, and sliced cabbage. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add mixed seafood and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 2 more minutes.

Add oyster sauce and crab sticks. Stir-fry just until the sauce has heated through, about 1 minute. Add crab sticks last as they go soggy quickly.

Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
