- 2 0.5 cup shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 head fresh broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 lb imitation crabmeat, coarsely chopped
- 0.8 cup light mayonnaise
- 0.3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 0.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 tsp salt and ground black pepper
- 0.5 tsp hot pepper sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, white wine vinegar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and hot sauce.

In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, broccoli, bell peppers, and crabmeat.

Toss the mixture with the dressing until well coated.
