Seafood and Cabbage Salad

  • 2 0.5 cup shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 head fresh broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 lb imitation crabmeat, coarsely chopped
  • 0.8 cup light mayonnaise
  • 0.3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 0.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp salt and ground black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp hot pepper sauce

Instructions

    In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, white wine vinegar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and hot sauce.

    In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, broccoli, bell peppers, and crabmeat.
