- 5 oz Bleu cheese
- 2 T onion, finely chopped
- 3 T pickle relish
- ½ cup pecans, finely chopped

Blend cream cheese and Bleu cheese.

Immediately before serving, remove plastic wrap and roll the cheese log in pecans.
