Scallops and Wild Rice

- 6 oz long-grain and wild rice mix (1 package)
- 0.3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 0.3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp celery salt
- 1 lb fresh sea scallops, drained

Cook the wild rice mix according to package directions. Set aside and keep warm.

In a large skillet, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, and celery salt. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Add the scallops and cook over high heat, stirring constantly, for 6 to 8 minutes until the scallops are opaque and cooked through.

Serve the scallops and their buttery lemon sauce over the cooked wild rice.
